Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment Schedule:
Deposit: 25% due within 7 days of booking (non-refundable except for border restrictions)
Balance: Due 10 weeks before arrival.
Last-minute bookings: Full payment required if booking less than 10 weeks in advance
Payment method: Bank transfer to either a UK or French bank account (details provided with booking confirmation)
Security Deposit:
£250 / €300 is required 1 week before arrival and is refundable within 7 days of departure following a satisfactory inspection. Covers damage, breakages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
What's included:
Every stay includes electricity, water, pellets for the wood burner, gas for the barbecue, condiments, tea, coffee and sugar, toilet paper/kitchen roll, bed linen, towels (including pool towels), daily pool cleaning (weather permitting), use of the gym, fashion museum tour, Wi-Fi (cable), and parking. A local food hamper is provided for all stays of more than 7 days.
Tourist tax of €1.10 per person (over 18) per night, payable in cash at the end of your stay.
Pool Season:
Open from late May through late September. Extensions possible in good weather - please enquire when booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable unless government border restrictions prevent travel. We will offer rescheduling or a refund only in cases of travel restrictions.
Pet Policy:
We regret that pets are not permitted due to potential allergies.
