Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment Schedule:

Deposit: 25% due within 7 days of booking (non-refundable except for border restrictions)

Balance: Due 10 weeks before arrival

Last-minute bookings: Full payment required if booking less than 10 weeks in advance

Payment method: Bank transfer (details provided with booking confirmation)

Security Deposit:

£250 / €300 required 1 week before arrival, refundable within 7 days of departure following a satisfactory inspection. Covers damage, breakages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

Additional Costs:

Tourist tax of €1.10 per person (over 18) per night, payable in cash at the end of your stay.

Pool Season:

Open from late May through late September. Extensions possible in good weather - please enquire when booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable unless government border restrictions prevent travel. We will offer rescheduling or a refund only in cases of travel restrictions.

Pet Policy:

We regret that pets are not permitted due to potential allergies.
