We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The gite is fantastic with everything you need. We really enjoyed cooking, plenty of pots and pans which makes a nice change. We managed a few days in the pool in between the rain. Fabulous hosts who seem to have thought of everything - thanks for a wonderful stay XX

We had the most wonderful stay at Beaux Souvenirs. Vanessa and William were super friendly and helpful hosts. They went above and beyond for us, even kindly gifting us some champagne for a special occasion. They were discrete yet willing to help with any questions that we might have.
The gîte is beautiful, finished to a very high standard and so well equipped, more so than any other rental we have been to. It has the most stunning pool area which is lovely and peaceful and totally private. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody and could happily spend our holidays here each year. A truly memorable holiday. Thank you, Vanessa and William!

We have had a lovely week here. The gite, garden and pool were fabulous. The area is great for bike rides and certainly did quite a few miles to make up for the food we have enjoyed. A lovely, private & quiet gite which we have truly appreciated. Yet, near enough to the village to walk for a coffee, bread and the Tuesday market. The pool was beautiful and for our sole use. The area is truly interesting, abundant chateaux, lovely towns such as Brantome, abundant walks. Our hosts Vanessa & William are a font of knowledge and a wonderful & warm couple. Thank you for everything!

What an amazing place! The gite was perfect in every way and had absolutely everything we needed. The outdoor space in particular was great, good spot for star watching. Beaux Souvenirs has been just the retreat we all needed - post lockdown. We'll miss our daily morning amble to the boulangerie through the pretty village. The fresh bread and coffee in this serene location will bring us back. We've also enjoyed just chilling around the pool, to the sound of those elusive owls. We've loved our various excursions to the points of interest that are just a short drive from this quiet village. Thank you Vanessa & William have been warm, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Thank you for a special and memorable break.

An amazing place to stay, clean tidy well-designed and laid out, with quality furnishings throughout. The pool and garden area are fantastic, with lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun. The good-sized pool is cleaned every morning, many thanks to William.
The village is only a 6-minute walk and has a fantastic quality butcher, a good bakery and an organic veg etc shop. There is also a bar and small grocers. We had a lovely, relaxing week there, a standard far above most gîtes in the area.
Lots of places to visit locally, all in Vanessa's file at the gîte.

We finally made it! Third time lucky and it was completely worth the wait. The online pictures are stunning but can't fully capture the 'wow' factor of this place or the warmth of the welcome. We very much enjoyed our 12 days' stay in this comfortably well equipped and tastefully decorated gite. We loved the quietness and peacefulness of the house, the garden and the whole area. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of the Perigord Vert, Vanessa and William proved to be very friendly and warm in their welcome and very helpful all kinds of things; much appreciated! All in all, an unforgettable stay in a wonderful environment!

A perfect week in a perfect gite! Quiet, large pool set in a lush garden and comfortable double beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfy outdoor seating for shade and sun. What a truly fabulous week we've had with lots of 'Beaux Souvenirs' to take away with us. Vanessa & William are super hosts, such attention to detail to ensure everything was exactly right for us. Loved the groceries & wine thank-you! Great recommendations for places to visit! Loved the fashion museum & strongly recommend walks by St Martin de Fressengeas. Finally got round to sending a review! We stayed here for 2 weeks from 10th August and from not wanting to go to France to now wanting to go back, my husband has been converted! This truly is a wonderful place to stay and Vanessa and William couldn't have made us more welcome. Total privacy but if you needed anything they were there. We have decided that next time we will have a two centre holiday so that we have chance to see other places further afield but also come back here as we liked it so much. Thank you!

We were wowed from the moment we walked in, beautifully presented modern rustic Gite decorated with the host's interests shining through. We used the fabulous salt water pool and stunningly peaceful garden every day. Vanessa and William are amazing hosts, are extremely knowledgeable of the area and have provided a folder full of things to do and see in the region. Thank you so much for making our week. Beaux Souvenirs is brimming with rustic charm and we loved our stay here.
