This bright and spacious self-catering gite is built from local Perigordian stone which has the added benefit of keeping it cool in the heat of summer. It is designed to sleep a maximum of 4 people.

- Our gite is fully inclusive of everything within the accommodation, except in winter months when the first bag of wood pellets is included and further can be purchased for a small charge.
- A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable within 7 days of booking to secure the accommodation. This payment is non-refundable unless border restrictions prevent travel.
- We will refund or move your stay to an alternative date ONLY if border restrictions prevent holiday travel at the time of the stay.
- The balance is due 10 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is less than 10 weeks then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. You can pay via bank transfer, full details of how to do so will be forwarded with your booking confirmation.
- A standard security deposit of £250/€300 is required with all bookings, paid within the week before arrival. This covers the cost of any damage or breakages to or at the property and any dirt or mess requiring excessive cleaning (inc barbeque) or missing items. The best way to pay the deposit is via bank transfer and will be refunded within 7 days after departure after a satisfactory inspection.
- A local tourist tax of 0.83 euros is charged per person/per night. It's payable at the end of the stay.
- The pool is open from the start of the high season on 27th May to the end of the high season on 30 September. Any extension to these dates is possible if the weather is permitting and is at the discretion of the owners, please ask at the time of booking.
- Due to the possibility of some guests being allergic to animal hair, we regret that we have a policy of not accepting any pets.

To check the availability of our gite, please use the following calendar. On dates already booked, pink blocks are displayed indicating it is unavailable. Once you know the dates of your stay are free, you can then look at our rates page to see how much your stay will cost.
If you are checking availability, there are some things you should know to assist you.
- This is an adult-only establishment, with parents and one child over 15 available on request only.
- The main booking season (high/peak) is from the end of May to the end of September.
- Only bookings of one week or more are accepted during the main booking season.
- During the main booking season, the arrival/departure day is Saturday.
- On any day of the year, the arrival time is from 5 pm.
- Departure is by 10 am unless a later time has been agreed beforehand.
- For the benefit of all guests, pets are not accepted.
Outside the main season, we can be a lot more flexible on dates, so please email us if you would like to discuss your requirements in more detail.

What an amazing place! The gite was perfect in every way and had absolutely everything we needed. The outdoor space in particular was great, good spot for star watching. Beaux Souvenirs has been just the retreat we all needed - post lockdown. We'll miss our daily morning amble to the boulangerie through the pretty village. The fresh bread and coffee in this serene location will bring us back. We've also enjoyed just chilling around the pool, to the sound of those elusive owls. We've loved our various excursions to the points of interest that are just a short drive from this quiet village. Thank you Vanessa & William have been warm, knowledgeable and very welcoming. An amazing place to stay, clean tidy well-designed and laid out, with quality furnishings throughout. The pool and garden area are fantastic, with lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun. The good-sized pool is cleaned every morning, many thanks to William.
The village is only a 6-minute walk and has a fantastic quality butcher, a good bakery and an organic veg etc shop. There is also a bar and small grocers. We had a lovely, relaxing week there, a standard far above most gîtes in the area.
Lots of places to visit locally, all in Vanessa's file at the gîte.

We very much enjoyed our 12 days' stay in this comfortably well equipped and tastefully decorated gite. We loved the quietness and peacefulness of the house, the garden and the whole area. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of the Perigord Vert, Vanessa and William proved to be very friendly and warm in their welcome and very helpful all kinds of things; much appreciated! A perfect week in a perfect gite! Quiet, large pool set in a lush garden and comfortable double beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfy outdoor seating for shade and sun. What a truly fabulous week we've had with lots of 'Beaux Souvenirs' to take away with us. Vanessa & William are super hosts, such attention to detail to ensure everything was exactly right for us. Finally got round to sending a review! We stayed here for 2 weeks from 10th August and from not wanting to go to France to now wanting to go back, my husband has been converted! This truly is a wonderful place to stay and Vanessa and William couldn't have made us more welcome. Total privacy but if you needed anything they were there. We have decided that next time we will have a two centre holiday so that we have chance to see other places further afield but also come back here as we liked it so much. Thank you!

We were wowed from the moment we walked in, beautifully presented modern rustic Gite decorated with the host's interests shining through. We used the fabulous salt water pool and stunningly peaceful garden every day. Vanessa and William are amazing hosts, are extremely knowledgeable of the area and have provided a folder full of things to do and see in the region. Thank you so much for making our week. Beaux Souvenirs is brimming with rustic charm and we loved our stay here.
